Refund & Cancellation

At Manu's Kitchen , we are committed to delivering a satisfying food ordering experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Order not delivered: If your order is not delivered and the delivery status shows incomplete.
  • Wrong or incomplete order: If the order received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., missing items, wrong items).
  • Order cancelled: If you cancel your order within the permitted time window and it hasn’t been prepared/dispatched by the restaurant.
  • Order paid but failed: If payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the user provides incorrect delivery details.
  • If the user cancels the order after it has been prepared or dispatched.
  • If food quality or taste does not meet personal expectations (as food preparation is subjective).
  • If the delay is due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at manuskitchen1986@gmail.com or use the “Help” section in the app, providing:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number/email
  • Issue description
  • Supporting images (if applicable)
  • We aim to resolve refund requests within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method or as wallet credits (if applicable), depending on the user’s preference and our discretion.

5. Dispute Resolution

In cases of disagreement regarding refund eligibility, Manu's Kitchen reserves the right to make the final decision.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
