5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled within a short time window before preparation begins.
• Once the restaurant accepts and starts preparing the food, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen factors. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our delivery partners or support staff
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the app’s operations
• Post false or misleading reviews or content
• Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Restaurant and Menu Information

Menus and item availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee that listed items are free from allergens or dietary restrictions. Users should verify directly with restaurants for such concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (logos, design, text, software, etc.) is owned by [Your Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• The quality or safety of food prepared by restaurants
• Delays or failure in service due to events beyond our control

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the order in question.
